Today marks the end of Eye Care Awareness Month. We hope you took the opportunity to get your eyes examined. It is very important to do this regularly even when you have “good” vision. Maintaining good habits such as healthy diet, regular exercise, wearing sunglasses, reducing the time you spend in front of computer screens and regularly getting screened for health conditions will go a long way in preventing disease.
