Once you get your specs, there may be a few things you’ll need help with along the way. One of the most common “complaints” is frames going loose and sliding down your nose when you look down. This happens a lot with plastic frames, especially if you’re guilty of putting your specs on your head. This can be fixed by the practice, without any problems, within minutes, so instead of constantly having to nudge your specs up your nose, come by so we can tighten them for you.

Lenses with anti glare coating can be a nightmare to keep clean. Don’t use tissue or your shirt, or any material that may damage your coating. You can get the best clean using soapy water and a clean microfiber cloth. The cloth you get with your specs does require washing, how often depends on a few things, how oily your skin is, and how clean you generally keep your lenses. Otherwise if cleaning the lenses yourself seems like too much trouble, we’re happy to do it for you.
